Linda is absolutely the best at what she does! I first met Linda 2 years ago when I was selling my home. It was a difficult time in my life, and I didn’t know where to start and where I should spend money on repairs. Her company offered a service that allowed me to do all the necessary repairs without having to put any money upfront. I was able to get all the repairs done and put my house on the market without additional financial stress. Her team showcased my home in the best light, and I was able to sell quickly. She was honest and easy to work with. I never felt pressured throughout the process. When I was ready to buy again, I had a lapse in judgment and chose another realtor. I quickly realized he was only looking out to serve his own best interest. I chose not to continue working with him and reached out to Linda. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for, balancing my needs and my wants. I worked with Linda Trevor, Carla Belanger, and the Compass team to search for my new home and sell my other one. After months of searching (and years searching on my own), we found a house I loved! Unfortunately, soon after I signed the contract came one of the most difficult periods in my life! Although I was really counting on selling my other home soon after closing on the new one, I ended up having to wait a few months before putting it on the market. The team was so patient and kind to me. Linda and Carla consistently checked in on me, not just professionally, but also personally. I was in a position where I had to trust their judgment and expertise and they NEVER steered me wrong! (Also, my house sold quickly for a great price!) Cathy was ABSOLUTELY TOP NOTCH! We had some very specific requirements for our recent home purchase, so as a result we saw lots of houses and had lots of questions.
