Scott Korbin was my realtor when I sold my Triangle home to move westward, and later for the sale of my rental townhome. But mostly, I trusted him to put my interests first and get the best possible price for both my own home and my rental property. Scott skillfully managed the details with marketing, sale, and closing in each case. For my own home, the sale was fraught with stress when the first buyer backed out due to spousal disagreements, and the second buyer turned out to be very difficult to work with. I had a great house, and the market was hot, but going under contract and then back on the market makes buyers a bit suspicious! Also, interest rates were going up, and I was dealing with moving plus retiring to a new area--but I had peace of mind knowing that Scott had my back. In the end, thanks to Scott’s sales and negotiation skills, we closed on both homes with a great price, well beyond what I had hoped for! I have referred Scott to friends, without qualification. As soon as we expressed an interest to move and help my parents move, Linda wanted to meet with us and talk about what updates would be beneficial to make to the homes before listing and what updates are not really needed by the seller in this market. Instead of having to find people on our own to make the updates, Linda offers a few names that we can contact for quotes (in addition to any we come up with on our own). Linda’s recommendations have been stellar. It can be hard to find people to help in this market but if Linda refers a business they are committed to wanting to do a great job because Linda is great to work with. Linda has a supportive team to help with listing, closing, buying who are quick to respond and be available and Linda is meeting with us, texting us too as we move along with everything.
