Working with Cathy was such a blessing. We knew nothing about buying a home and she walked us through everything in great details. She showed us countless homes and walked through each one with us meticulously. She pointed out things for us to look for or consider that we would have never known. When it came time to put in an offer she went back forth to help with negotiations. She always had our best interest in mind. She also had a plethora of contacts for lenders, closing attorneys, inspectors, etc. but always mentioned they were suggestions and never made it feel like we had to go with them but because we trusted Cathy so much we went with every person she suggested and turns out they were all amazing too. We feel very fortunate to have landed in Cathy’s lap. Her experience is beyond impressive and she has such a kind heart. Sale of your residence is a very stressful event! But not when you have a trustworthy real estate agent, who takes care of everything for you. We've recently sold the house with Scott Korbin as a realtor. He sold our house for more than we asked for in TWO weeks. It was my dear friend's recommendation, and I never regretted listening to her. We've interviewed three different people but Scott was the best. He is extremely knowledgable, professional, responsive and available always to answer all of your questions and concerns. Scott knows the area very well too. He also helped to get our house in a best shape for the sale. We didn't have to do anything at all. He knew when to put the property on the market and how to best advertise it. Scott has the best team of photographers and helpers of all sorts who worked together to showcase our house beautifully. As a great bonus, Scott is just a very nice and kind person, a real pleasure to be around. We enjoyed working with Scott and his team very much and can recommend him as the best realtor ever!

The first time we met with Linda, we knew instantly we would work with her. The amount of time and work she spent preparing for the meeting was evident as she spoke about our home, our neighborhood, and the market changes over the course of the year. Every person on her team who worked with us-- the stager, the photographer, the notary, the agents assisting her-- was incredibly good at their job and easy to work with. Selling and buying a home can be stressful enough, but add-in building another home and dealing with covid during the due diligence period, and that could be a very stressful situation. Linda handled everything seamlessly, kept us from worrying, and made this entire process easier than we thought it could be. We hope to be lucky enough to work with Linda again.

They are very experienced and very knowledgeable of the triangle market. The house was priced at the perfect selling point and their percentage of commission was fair and even lower than others I had reached out to. 5 stars and highly recommend to anyone looking to sell or buy in Raleigh.
