Throughout the entire process, Scott and Andrew were extremely communicative and professional. I have been told by everyone that buying a home is such a headache. Not for me! Scott and Andrew helped me throughout the entire process and always picked up and responded to me immediately. Additionally, when viewing houses, I never once felt like I was being sold. They viewed the homes with me and let me make the decisions on what I thought while they inspected the home and looked for any issues. Scott and his team go out of their way to be available to answer questions, advise, and organize your sale and/or your purchase (it was both simultaneously for me). Everything from spur of the moment showings, to meeting with a contractor for renovation possibilities to moving company recommendations, all are part of an effort to make a stressful process as smooth as possible. The most impressive thing for me was that from the first moment I spoke with Scott on the phone, about 2 years before I actually made a move I felt no pressure, no texts, phone calls etc, everything was in my time and only when I was ready. Scott has been doing this a long time, he knows his neighborhood and the market. I highly recommend him and his team.
