•This is our third experience with Yvonne. I know that when she is our agent that she uses her experience, professionalism and communication skills to complete the transaction smoothly. She begins by helping you prepare for a sale with little tips for making your property more appealing to a buyer. Then she follows up with all the paperwork so that the client doesn’t have to monitor it. Yvonne is at all the inspections and helps the buyer or seller ( we’ve been both) navigate any problems. Lastly, as a client, you want to have someone represent you that is an advocate for you and Yvonne is that agent.
