We are truly grateful to Karen for helping us sell our house on the other side of the country. We had a rental property in Maryland while we lived in California. The property had been mismanaged by the property management company and significant improvements/repairs were needed. We are both working professionals and did not have the time to tend to the property or to be actively involved in selling it.
