Gibbs knowledge of this area of Florida is not surpassed. he was aways quick to understand our needs and wants and was particularly good at finding properties that matched those desires. h and Greg were very patient in taking us places and listening to our concerns. He would provide input about properties that far surpassed any literature, advertisement or website. His knowledge of structure and location was highly beneficial to our selection of the home we eventually purchased. On our first use of Gibbs' vast knowledge, he sold our home as soon as it was put on the market, and most importantly found our next home within minutes of the sale. On our second use of Gibbs services, he patiently took us to several houses that were close to what we wanted but for some reason or another, did not fit our specific needs. In the meantime he used his experience with home sales to work a dismal selling period into a deal. he manipulated the listing of our house and was immediately rewarded with a sales. This gave us the ability to purchase our next home without hassle. Gibbs and Gregg actually assisted our purchase in various ways to cut time and expense. We would use no-one else for real estate acquisitions in the future.
