We used Gibbs and Greg as listing agents for two properties. One a small 1031 exchange rental home, the other a multimillion dollar beach front triplex. They treated both equally in terms of marketing and negotiation. They worked well with us and the buyers agent to ensure that we walked away with a top price. I would highly recommend them.

They recommended several really good contractors to do the needed work. Felt they were with us every step of the way in the process. They were always available for questions and concerns and dropped everything on a couple of occasions to immediately come to the house to address issues. They were very knowledgeable about the market, pricing, and real estate in general. Were very easy to work with. Returned calls and text messages in a timely manner. Responded quickly to issues that came up with the house. Were always very professional.
