First and foremost, Clint made us feel like family. He was incredibly patient with our early hesitation to list, even though we wanted to upgrade to a larger home. We went back and forth about a plan of attack. He assured us that we would find a home before having to move out. After listing, he negotiated a post-occupancy and lease back on our sale property so that we had an additional 60 days to look and place offers. More importantly, Clint's professionalism, experience, and knowledge of the market was a huge benefit of choosing him as our realtor on both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. In today's market it takes a creative and knowledgeable agent to put a deal together. After seeing many homes and placing several offers, he realized exactly what we were looking for and connected us with an off-market deal that exceeded our expectations of what we thought we could buy. If not for him, I think our upgrade might have been a lateral move.
