I contacted Clint to ask for information on a property for sale and he offered to help us find exactly what we needed. He first recommended a lender and tax professional to help get us ready since we were international buyers. He simultaneously began searching for homes so that we would not waste any time. With such a fast moving market in Orlando, it was challenging to get an offer accepted, but Clint knew what to recommend to help our offer be accepted. He kept us in the loop during every step of the buying process. He was very patient when showing properties and explaining everything to us, detailed in every document he prepared, and professional in every interaction. He was always flexible with appointments and even did video chats and went to take pictures of properties for us when we couldn't make it. Whatever needed to be done, he made sure it happened. He was always available to text or call anytime we needed to ask anything. I will absolutely call Clint for our future investing purchases that we plan to make.
