We had begun researching our purchase using on-line search engines. Dianne responded immediately to our first e-mail contact and followed this up with several 'phone calls, to fully understand and refine our requirements . After 3 months, we then travelled to Florida to meet with her and to view 18 properties over a 2 week period, zeroing in on a clear favourite. She made an offer on our behalf, we received one counter-offer and then moved to contract after just 4 days. Dianne was able to recommend an attorney and we completed the whole transaction within 4 weeks. But Dianne's helpfulness did not stop there. She then recommended a CPA for IRS tax advice and also made a personal introduction to a contact at the Bank of America, where we successfully opened an account in just 2 hours.
