Dawn was an amazing, patient, thoughtful and knowledgeable realtor. She has kept me Informed of the newest listings and was willing to answer any and all my questions (no matter how redundant!) as well as show me houses as frequently as I requested. I am hoping I am in my “forever home.” But if not, I would definitely use Dawn as my realtor as well as refer her to anyone I know that needs a realtor.

Dianne is a pleasure to work with and I cannot recommend her enough. Dianne has been a customer of mine for some time (I own an IT services company) so I had already seen her communicate with her customers and had also seen her operational and organizational skills in action so I had no question as to whom I would choose to provide my real estate professional services. As a professional who lives in the customer service world, I have extremely high customer service standards and Dianne exceeded my nearly-impossible standards in every way. I've worked with various agents over the years and this is the first time I really felt that my agent listened to and heard every word I said and then followed up on every point. With experience and insight, she did not waste our time. Every showing she arranged for us was clearly thought out regarding our list of needs and scheduling issues. She was attentive, communicative, and always ready. Michelle helped me find a winter home in Florida. She is the best realtor I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with and I have purchased many homes in my time. No hard sell. Very knowledgeable. Also, helped with everything I needed including finding a great contractor to do rehab work on the place at a price point I needed Many great suggestions on what I should do. Even helped me pick out a paint color! And I was in Pittsburgh most of the time. She will partner with you, going out of her way to make sure everything is taken care of.
