Rich did a computer interview to get to know me and my criteria. He began providing listings in the areas where I showed interest. When I found one, he went to look at it, took videos, made comments on the property, all of which were accurate. He did not work for the seller, just the buyer. He told me how to get the home in the seller's market, suggested what offer was needed, closing time. Property was listed on a Monday and was mine the following Sunday over other buyers. Rich connected me with the title company, basic service companies such as cable, power, inspection, insurance. He visited after the sale as well. I recommended him to two family members, one of which worked with hiim to get her current property as well.
