Our experience with Rich Siskie's
Rick is an excellent person to work with. He never stops working until he finds you the right place. He was very patient, honest, friendly and hardworking. He is by far the best real estate agent I have worked with and go above and beyond to help you including help me after the closing in finding some contractors to make some changes to our which he did not have to. He is not pushy and always available 7x24. I highly recommend Rich for your home needs.

Rich was a great agent. In this market it is very hard to find a descent house in budget but Rich was always on top of new listings and available for questions or last minute showings

Got me a home
Rich did a computer interview to get to know me and my criteria. He began providing listings in the areas where I showed interest. When I found one, he went to look at it, took videos, made comments on the property, all of which were accurate. He did not work for the seller, just the buyer. He told me how to get the home in the seller's market, suggested what offer was needed, closing time. Property was listed on a Monday and was mine the following Sunday over other buyers. Rich connected me with the title company, basic service companies such as cable, power, inspection, insurance. He visited after the sale as well. I recommended him to two family members, one of which worked with hiim to get her current property as well.

Kirk - Realtor of the Year!
I have never had a realtor as dedicated and patient as Kirk. He has helped us with buying a home and selling a condo. He is responsive, knowledgeable and has connections to help you beyond your purchase and sale. He brought someone in and arranged to have a microwave installed to aid in the sale of our condo unit and by the way, stayed there until the job was completed! In addition, he removed coverings, cleaned up a bit for us to give the place a better look. What realtor goes to those lengths? I wish more people would take care of their clients like Kirk and have a real concern other than waiting to get paid.

Great guy to work with!
Our experience working with Cole was nothing short of FANTASTIC! We looked at many properties with him, and he was always available even on short notice. He was very insightful, and brought a wealth of knowledge to the table. He was integral in helping us find our forever home. Helping us to navigate through the many choices he presented to us. What impressed us the most was his incredible responsiveness to our questions. If he didn’t know the answer at that very moment, he was sure to find it very quickly. In closing, if it were not for his creativeness in the closing process we are sure we’d still be looking for a home. By bringing a host of unique options to the seller, which we had not considered ourselves, he was able to secure the deal! We could have not asked for a better agent!! Thank you Cole!!!!!!
