I cannot say enough good things about Sheila. Not only did she help us by our home in Riverview, she was also able to help us sell it. Although the circumstances of the sale of our home was unique and extremely difficult being that my husband and I were in the middle of a divorce and due to criminal charges against my husband, we were legally not able to communicate with each other, so Sheila was forced to go back and forth between us to keep the sale of our home moving. Sheila was very knowledgeable during every difficulty we encountered and was understanding and professional throughout the entire process. She was always quick to respond to any questions I had and always notified us of showings and offers as soon as possible. I would use Sheila for every real estate transaction I ever have if I could. I met Dylan and Jeff when I tried to sell my house for sale by owner. Out of about thirty agents I met while trying on my own, Dylan and Jeff were BY FAR, the agents that were true professionals. They were very respectful of me trying to do FSBO. They gave me their insight on the current market conditions and their marketing strategy if they were to sell the house. I really appreciated the fact that they did not call me back to ask for the listing, like every other realtor did. They were not pushy and that really resonated with me. Dylan and Jeff were completely transparent about everything from the start. The communication with them was always easy and clear and concise. Natalia came over when we had pictures taken and was very good at staging the house for better photos. My husband and I have sold about six other properties over many years and have never had great experiences with realtors in the past. I can honestly say, that I am very thankful for Dylan and Jeff. They know the South Florida market very well, they are completely honest, and have the highest professionalism of any realtor I have ever met. We would definitely work with them again.
