John represented us both in the sale of our home, and the purchase of our new one. John is detail oriented, professional, and a great communicator. He helped arrange vendors to prep our home for the market, and even arranged backup vendors, for things like insurance, to make sure that we had successful and timely closings. Knowing that online photos are your first showing, he worked hard to stage our home, and to make our listing photos and video appealing to potential buyers. He kept us advised of market data and of feedback from every showing. Both buying and selling a home are very stressful times in life, but John guided us through every step, with honesty and integrity. The title of this review says it all. John is trustworthy. He has helped our family with multiple real estate transactions. He maintains confidences and provides direct and honest advice. John is knowledgeable. About every aspect of a real estate transaction including structuring complex financial transactions, tax advice (though he'll make sure you get a tax professional), and legal aspects of the transaction (again -- he'll make sure you engage competent counsel). John is effective. He does not over-promise. He does not tell you what you want to hear. John identifies the ultimate goal and focuses his effort on getting you to that goal. And please -- listen to his advice. My biggest mistakes started with doing my own thing and relying on my own understanding.
