We were downsizing from our 22-year larger family home in the suburbs to an urban condo - a major change for us. Karla was extremely patient as we navigated this new scene and showed us over 30 condos and townhomes. We finally found our current home after she convinced me (and it wasn't easy) to look in a particular part of town. She definitely knows the Downtown/South Tampa market.
