Toni was our agent and I have to say she did a wonderful job. Toni found many houses that met my criteria and was so patient looking at each one with me. When I narrowed it down she went back and showed the houses to my wife. Toni also helped me with the home inspections and the insurance inspections (which cut my homeowners in half). When we did our final walk-thru prior to closing there were some issues and Toni handled them on the spot. I would use Toni again (although I pray I don't have to).

I met Sheila when I found out I was relocating from Phoenix to Tampa for work. I initially had inquired about looking at some rentals until I could get to know the community before purchasing a home.
