Toni was our agent and I have to say she did a wonderful job. Toni found many houses that met my criteria and was so patient looking at each one with me. When I narrowed it down she went back and showed the houses to my wife. Toni also helped me with the home inspections and the insurance inspections (which cut my homeowners in half). When we did our final walk-thru prior to closing there were some issues and Toni handled them on the spot. I would use Toni again (although I pray I don't have to).

I met Sheila when I found out I was relocating from Phoenix to Tampa for work. I initially had inquired about looking at some rentals until I could get to know the community before purchasing a home. The rental market in Tampa was quite different than in Phoenix and I found out quickly that renting a nice home would be tough, so I signed a 1 year lease at an apartment complex. Sheila never gave up looking for my house even though I didn't have much time to look or even respond to half of the homes she sent me due to a new and busy work schedule. Sheila stood the test of time and when I shifted my search to another location, she was 100% on board and on day one in the new location, found my forever Florida home. I went with Karla because of her ability to advise and consult on what needed to be done to the home in order to sell. Faced with the choice of a major renovation or minor improvements we did a full market analysis of which path would lead to the most net gain to me post sale. Karla always had my best interested in mind through the process. She used her expansive network of contractors, subs and staging companies to assist on completing renovations pre-listing. The home was sold less than 30 days after it was officially listed on MLS. I would recommend Karla to anyone looking for an honest realtor who puts the customers concerns first.
