Dylan was a joy to work with. I could tell right away that he knew the market very well and had the right insight regarding our house. During the selling process the communication was ongoing and he always ensured that all my questions were answered (there were plenty!) Dylan was also able to provide us a vision on how the house should look for showing, photos, videos, etc... I couldn't be happier with my experience with Dylan, and our house sold within 24 hours of being on the market. I think the strong marketing is what made a difference. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
