For example, he knows the vast majority of typical and atypical Florida landscaping plants and can tell you which plants make your house more desirable and can offer suggestions on how to move things around to better sell your house. Brad navigated through the challenges that arose for us due to COVID-19 shutdowns soon after we put a contract on our home. He patiently worked with us to extend our closing multiple times as our buyers were forced to extend. He visited the site many times as needed for inspection challenges, diligently worked with agents on our insurance coverage and coordinated with our property inspector. Additionally, the home was located more than 50 miles from his office! He even assisted us with some minor repairs as dictated by our insurance carrier. It would have been a nightmare to try to navigate this without his advice, knowledge, professionalism and patience.
