Smooth sailing

Breanne is as real as they come. A great communicator who is always there to answer questions, reach out on your behalf and always follows through on what she says she will do. I trusted her with my first home purchase and during a crazy market she was able to get under asking price! I would use her as my agent time and time again.

Selling a home doesn’t get any better than this. This is the second home that Karla and team sell for me, and again I can’t say enough nor give enough thanks for the kind of work they do. Karla, I so appreciate your commitment to my home from the first moment we walked through it to the very end of closing. It’s almost an old school way of caring for people, but with the latest AND BEST in technology. ?? I’d say if you want someone that will carry you through this sometimes difficult and emotional time, without a doubt Karla will give you that kind of concierge service, (for couples, men and speaking as a woman….DEFINITELY women).She even took it upon herself to get me help to clean up yard and purchase a new doorbell for the day of closing. I could go on and on……but the bottom line is, you want her on YOUR team.

A Smooth and Seamless Real Estate Purchase through Sheila
It was great working with Sheila. We bought our house site-unseen and from out of state, and the process was so much smoother than I thought it would be due to Sheila’s instincts on what we would like in a home and her knowledge of the Tampa area. Sheila not only helped me buy my house but when I needed to sell it four years later she organized the staging, open house and closing in record time.
