Cathy took a challenge with my house

Cathy took a challenge with my house. It had been sitting on the market for almost a year due to a previous realtor. She listed it in August and it sold in October (Closing date Nov). The moment she walked in, she put herself in the buyer's shoes and showed me things I needed to highlight, change or fix. She has been extremely responsive and very professional as well as positive/encouraging. The only thing I will say is this. I wish I had listed with her in the first place (Hindsight).
