They were great from our initial consultation to evaluate the appropriate list price of our home, to staging, and showing the property. They were able to give us the best advice that ultimately led to the sale of our house within the first weekend it was on the market. Part of the reason is that Linda has assembled a team who all excelled at their jobs keeping us informed the through the entire process. Linda and her team were always there whenever we had a question or issue. As stressful as selling a home can be, Linda handled it all with calm professionalism which made it a great experience. Not only is her team excellent, but she has a variety of contractors who are all top notch themselves. We were out of town when it came time to show the house but Linda and her team took care of everything for us.
