Linda is the consummate professional that makes the transactions easy, she is a great communicator and gets to know your needs before you even start the process. Then, when you find a house to buy, her team kicks in and makes the closing painless and trouble free - or will go to bat when you need help ironing out problems. On the selling side, she does a great job with helping your home stage well and show well in photos and in person. Cathy took a challenge with my house. It had been sitting on the market for almost a year due to a previous realtor. She listed it in August and it sold in October (Closing date Nov). The moment she walked in, she put herself in the buyer's shoes and showed me things I needed to highlight, change or fix. She has been extremely responsive and very professional as well as positive/encouraging. The only thing I will say is this. I wish I had listed with her in the first place (Hindsight).

Scott knows how to protect his clients in the “buyer beware” real estate market of North Carolina. Coming to NC from the AZ, we were new to this concept and Scott worked diligently to protect our Earnest Monies on a property that did not prove to be the same as what was advertised. He had a good legal team and staff behind him to make the transaction much more efficient and gave us great confidence in our transactions.
