•Chantel helped my husband and I purchase our first home back in 2013. As my parents got older, my plan was to always find a bigger home to move my parents in. This home would ultimately become our FOREVER home to raise our growing family and something that would be passed down to our kids. Fast forward to this year, the time to merge homes had come. With the great experience we had with Chantel years ago, we knew just the person to call. We shared with her what we were looking for -- size home, locations of interest, and price range. Not only was Chantel and her team helping us find our forever home, they helped us sell our 2 homes; a first for her and team, and did it seamlessly! The team was so patient with us and was always available to answer questions, provide explanations of the process that were unclear to us, and providing a timeframe to complete tasks to stick to our timeline. My family and I are overwhelmed with joy and in absolute awe of the home we purchased. It still seems unreal that we are in this beautiful home that is more than we could have ever imagined.
