We had a very less than positive, owner and realtor. This was a VA buyer and the last 30 days was high tension feelings on my part. I never felt even up to the last week we would get to a closing. Three days before closing, their loan was not going to go through until a property water sample was good. Debbie my realtor kept me ground, saying it is getting there. This was my seventh home sale and the hardest. I may have have been a little short sighted in my wording, but Debbie said we are getting there. Thank You Debbie for getting us there
