Nothing but the truth
We're not exaggerating one iota when we assess Steve as an across the board 5 star performer! Granted, every Real Estate Agent has their designated area of expertise, but we can state without equivocation, that if you're selling in the Oaks, Oaks Bayside or the Oaks Meridian, you should think no further than listing with Steve Abbe and his partner, Betty. Start by looking at look at the sales they've delivered in that market area - impressive - and the numbers don't lie! Once we listed our property - Steve took control of the process, and led the day to day, as we weren't even in our home at the time. That meant Steve also had to manage all the gory details once he quickly found us our buyer and we went into contract - right through the closing date. Seriously, he had a recommendation and a plan for every challenge we faced - and did his job both professionally and graciously - he's a consummate pro who isn't apt to 'roll his eyes'. Last - and not least - candidly, we expected a world class effort and outcome, after we sat with Steve and Betty. It's why we signed up. But honestly, Steve is also a perfect gentleman who we quickly learned to trust, as a more genuine human being than we're accustomed to dealing with. That was indeed a pleasant bonus.
