Highly recommend Steve Abbe

Zillow endorsement for realtor Steve AbbeMoving across the country can be a very challenging experience even for people who have made mul?ple moves to mul?ple states. Our experience suggests a key to a smooth transi?on is selec?ng a realtor who takes the ?me to listen and understand the wants and needs of the individuals who are reloca?ng. We were fortunate to ?nd Steve Abbe prior to our planned reloca?on to the Sarasota/Osprey region of Florida. Prior to beginning our search for a new home Steve sent each of us a ques?onnaire to help him understand our preferences for the type of home, loca?on, and our lifestyle. While many realtors see the closing as the last step of the sales process Steve Abbe remained engaged to help us ?nd experienced contractors for pain?ng, renova?ons, and other changes to make our new purchase ‘our home.’ We highly recommend Steve Abbe if you are looking for a home in the Sarasota area.
