From that first call, he was receptive, responsive, took time to get to know us and our reason for relocating, our needs, and our necessary geography. He attended to our price range, and also counseled when we needed to offer high--which was new for us. He took us around at least 6 times, through 3 offers before we got a house. I would give Leslie Polk an A+ rating. First of all, I appreciate her patience because we kept pushing back the date to put our home on the market. She created a detailed marketing portfolio for us. She knows real estate and her recommendations, advice, and guidance throughout the selling process was extremely beneficial. She kept us informed and advocated for us with the buyer’s realtor.
