Ricardo was the first response we received to an inquiry on Zillow. From that first call, he was receptive, responsive, took time to get to know us and our reason for relocating, our needs, and our necessary geography. He attended to our price range, and also counseled when we needed to offer high--which was new for us. He took us around at least 6 times, through 3 offers before we got a house. He was well-versed in the processes, especially as we looked at homes with potential tax abatements. We would highly recommend him.
