Sandy was the sellers agent on a home we intended to buy. Due to a contract falling through on our home (which we were selling ourselves), the sell did not go through. She was so amazing to work with for that short time that we decided to hire her to help us sell our home. She gave us professional advise on what we needed to do and support in her personal guidance. Within 12 hours of Sandy listing our home we had 2 offers! 30 days later our home was sold! As of today, she continues to support and help us in our home building process. She is not only an experienced realtor but an amazing person! Very trustworthy and knowledgeable of the area. Would definitely recommend.

We were fairly new to the area and my in laws were moving to the area with us which made our requirements rather difficult. We would provide a list of homes to look at that we found and she would add several more. Once we found a home that suited our needs, she helped us every step of the way. Due to circumstances beyond her or our control, the seller pulled out of the contract. But this didn't get her down, she sprang right back into action trying to find our perfect home. This time we found that home that matched our every need. She gave us advise on the market in the area of the home. Tosha assisted us all the way through closing. I would recommend Tosha to any buyer, as she was a God send for us.
