Cindy is an amazingly smart and dedicated realtor. I can’t say enough good things about her. And YES without hesitation, we would recommend her. From the beginning of our interactions to signing the closing documents; she was professional and personable. She worked with my husband and I as a team to set a price for our house after a thorough analysis of the market. Also asked us for input to complete the MLS description which we appreciated. She thinks 2 steps ahead and took care of potential problems before they arose. This was particularly helpful during the closing when we had unique needs due to our pets. She spoke to everyone involved multiple times to ensure the closing happened as planned and problems were solved before they ever became an issue. After watching how much work she did to sell our house, her professionalism as well as her personable demeanor, we were very happy to pay her, more than fair, commission because she earned it! You will not find a smarter, professional realtor than Cindy!

Hi, sorry this is a late post, but I have been with Linda for years. When I arrived for military training in 2006, she initially found an excellent home for me in the Niceville, FL, area, and more recently, in July 2024, she assisted me with the sale. She found a buyer and made the property sale-ready with minimal input from me. She is truly an advocate in either a buyer or seller circumstance. I highly recommend her for any real estate transaction!

Our experience with Cindy Zimmerman as our realtor exceeded our expectations. She hired the necessary people to get our house in tip top shape, communicated about all that was taking place, and held numerous open houses. The open house eventually led to a buyer. Since we are out of town sellers, Ms. Zimmerman personally took care and watched over our house as if it were her own. She is such a professional...it was such a pleasure working with her!

Cindy was this inexperienced widow’s angel. She patiently helped me decide what needed done to sell my home, suggested finacing possibilities, referred contractors who were available to do the work, and put in her own sweat and muscle! I could never have gotten top dollar for my house without her and then she found me a home as it was being put on the market.
