From the beginning of our interactions to signing the closing documents; she was professional and personable. She worked with my husband and I as a team to set a price for our house after a thorough analysis of the market. Also asked us for input to complete the MLS description which we appreciated. She thinks 2 steps ahead and took care of potential problems before they arose. This was particularly helpful during the closing when we had unique needs due to our pets. She spoke to everyone involved multiple times to ensure the closing happened as planned and problems were solved before they ever became an issue. After watching how much work she did to sell our house, her professionalism as well as her personable demeanor, we were very happy to pay her, more than fair, commission because she earned it! You will not find a smarter, professional realtor than Cindy!

Hi, sorry this is a late post, but I have been with Linda for years. When I arrived for military training in 2006, she initially found an excellent home for me in the Niceville, FL, area, and more recently, in July 2024, she assisted me with the sale. She found a buyer and made the property sale-ready with minimal input from me. She is truly an advocate in either a buyer or seller circumstance. Cindy was this inexperienced widow’s angel. Cindy gave at least 110%! She took over after we moved to assisted living. She worked with extended family to make sure items of value and sentimental value were received. She coordinated an estate and donations after that. The house was cleaned, some rooms painted and staged to show our home off. She keep us in the loop through out the process. She took a load of stress off of us during a difficult transition in our lives!
