Cindy gave at least 110%! She took over after we moved to assisted living. She worked with extended family to make sure items of value and sentimental value were received. She coordinated an estate and donations after that. The house was cleaned, some rooms painted and staged to show our home off. She keep us in the loop through out the process. She took a load of stress off of us during a difficult transition in our lives!

Cindy always went above and beyond what was required or expected of her as an agent. To the trimming of overgrown tree limbs that were hiding the bayou to the kneeling down and helping to scrub baseboards!! She was very knowledgeable and very professional throughout the entire process. I’m certain she got impatient with my indecisions at times, but she never showed it. We're probably not your average home buyer. We currently rv full-time, but when a house popped up for sale on my In-laws street we decided to jump on it. It's hard buying a house across the country, sight unseen. She met my husband when he flew in to check it out during our inspection period, but after that quick visit she was on her own. Cindy was there for every inspection and reinspection, there were about 6 all together. She even did our final walk through and sent me a ton of pictures so that I could daydream about a house I hadn't seen in person and of course for our peace of mind. Cindy had her work cut out for her with our transaction. With every set back we encountered she had a plan to move forward and fought to get us a fair outcome. I do truly mean fought, she had to go to bat for us a few times, even going so far as to ask her broker for his opinion and possible help. The last week or two felt like she was dragging it the entire transaction to the finish line, and she did it! It's officially ours and we couldn't be happier. If we ever need to buy or sell we would definitely use Cindy. I can't recommend her enough.

Cindy worked amazingly hard to sell my sister’s property after she passed away. The transaction was full of challenges dues to the nature of dealing with probate issues. Cindy displayed enormous amounts of patience and professionalism at the same time that I was impatient and frustrated. As the executor of my sister’s estate there were several challenges that I didn’t know about. Cindy was so helpful along with being comforting during this difficult time.
