We had no idea what to expect when we set out looking to buy our first home. Bernard was really in tune with what our needs were and what we were looking for. He really went far and beyond to help us find our first home. We couldn't be happier with our choice of realtor. He paid great attention to our needs. He was quick to book and attend viewings and was always flexible to meet with us when our schedules allowed it. Bernard spent several hours with us on Sundays, driving all over to show us homes that he had picked out and homes that we requested to see.Though it took five months to say yes to our ideal home, there was no love lost. My wife and I worked with Bernard to purchase our first home. We reached out to him looking for a home that would be near the elementary school our child would be attending. He found us our dream home and it was actually located the next street over from the school. Bernard is personable, knowledgeable, and always well prepared to answer any and all of the questions a buyer, especially a first time buyer would have. He made sure we understood the entire process, and ensured it all went smoothly from start to closing, he basically held our hand through the entire process which took a lot of stress off our backs.
