Hands down, a remarkable experience. Being first-time home buyers and entering an aggressive market, Katie certainly delivered and executed on making things happen for our family. So Amanda sold my property after bringing me offers after offers. The other realtor representing the buyers as a pain for her. She got disrespected by him, he offended her, insulted her because she was not accepting terms on my behalf, so she got insulted for doing her job which was listen to me. She took it extremely professional and continued dealing with this realtor. What impressed me the most out of her is that at closing, the company taking care of it was chosen by the buyers, so I went to the closing with her, and she also wanted to come with me because she knew who she was dealing with and wanted to protect me till the end. So reading the closing statement, she noticed the price I was supposed to received changed and it was less than the preview. So she communicated it with me and the other realtor had told the closing company to add $130 as credit for them for 2 remotes that Amanda, early that morning, communicated him that was not happening since he did not request for it at inspection nor any addendum he sent. The thing is that if it wasn't for Amanda, I would've pid $130 that was added at the end. And I think the title company was at fault too because they did no have any document saying otherwise. And Amanda old them this. I'm extremely happy with her. She was transparent throughout the entire process, communicating everything to me or my wife. It's our 3rd time working with her, and each time she leaves us more and more happy. Don't doubt when it comes to working with her. She loves what she does and you can tell she does it to help her clients.

Judith is fun to work this. Due to illness I was not able to see houses and Judith found me my house through FaceTime. She is very responsive and timely. She is honest and knowledgeable about the market and encourages buyers to think about what they like about the home but also keeping the resale value in mind. I have worked with Judith in the past and she has become more than my go realtor but also a friend.
