Amanda sold my property at almost asking price. Which to me was amazing because I thought I was going to sell it for less money. She knows what she does, and she guide me well. She was careful on everything and took care of everything. Closing was supposed to happen at the beginning of March and ended up happening March 31st, and since the changes and extensions were always from the buyer’s side, she negotiated for everything to be prorated from the original closing date. Which helped me save some money. I’m going to keep working with her. Honestly every closing she helps me with something knew.
