We listed our home with Jana Lee because she knows the Windermere & Dr. Phillips areas so well and because of her long successful track record in Sales. She was prompt and responsive throughout the process, and I might add always honest, transparent and had our best interest as her first priority. After three months we had had a number of showings but no offer (the listing started almost simultaneously with the pandemic). She helped devise a strategy to hold an Estate Sale to liquidate some of the most outdated furniture, repaint the interior with brighter paint and then finally stage the home with what I’ll just call more fashionable furniture. It sounded complicated and potentially expensive but it really wasn’t. Within two weeks of completing the fresh look we had an offer and then a second offer waiting in the wings. Jana Lee connected us with all the right people and was with us every step of the way. We’ve moved and sold homes about 10 times and we’ve been fortunate to have fairly good Agents to represent us, but this was easily the most professional and complete representation we have ever experienced. Amanda sold my property at almost asking price. Which to me was amazing because I thought I was going to sell it for less money. She knows what she does, and she guide me well. She was careful on everything and took care of everything. Closing was supposed to happen at the beginning of March and ended up happening March 31st, and since the changes and extensions were always from the buyer’s side, she negotiated for everything to be prorated from the original closing date. Which helped me save some money. I’m going to keep working with her. Honestly every closing she helps me with something knew.

With selling a 1906 home, it could be a little harder sell and requires a more specific buyer. Vivian was very creative in promoting our house to find the right people for our home. She managed to find the right people that were perfect for our home. She kept us on track and explained the process and also got us our asking price. Overall, she did and awesome job.
