Tala was a amazing help on getting us through the new home building/ buying process. She was very knowledgeable and able to point us in the right direction for things like lenders, home owners ins, and closing process. She took a lot off our plate and dealt directly with the lender to make sure everything was correct and explained in a way that we understood. He told me not to write 5 pages but I might, that’s how great of an agent he is. In todays crazy market and me being a crazy seller Mr. Hunt, from flash to bang, went far above and beyond his standard duties as a real estate agent. Being in the military I have gotten to experience many different personalities, knowledge, and types of agents. David is selfless, knowledgeable of the entire state(and others), very patient …..large emphasis on the patient. Taught me things I didn’t even know were a “thing” to get the most bang for our buck. If I ever move back to central Florida, or anywhere in Florida he will be the only agent I will work with. He had a big enough impact on my family and I that I would also recommend him to any of my friends and family. When the appraisal didn’t go as we planned, he already had back ups and other plans to continue on the right track and meet my needs and timelines. Kaori was so helpful! We were first home buyer and purchesed a home in Oviedo, Florida from California. We knew literally nothing about purchasing house but she was so kind and patint to guide us through the whole process. We did not have a chance to visit the properties but kaori always visited the properties and walkthrough online. Not only that she visited grocery store, farmers market and taking video for us. She checked the properties corner to corner and tell us all pros and cons in detail. Ended up, we were able to puchese an ideal home in term of crazy sellers market with small Down Payment.
