Roger and his team were involved in every aspect of the sale of our condo. They made sure our listing was receiving maximum exposure, kept us current on market conditions, gave us sound advice on pricing and how to respond to potential and actual offers and dealt responsibly and reasonably with the potential buyers' brokers. After we accepted an offer, the team was there to address the need we had to make repairs required by the buyers, arranging with qualified service people to complete the work on a timely basis and being present in our apartment while work was being done. They assisted us throughout the sale process, right up to the closing, which was important to us because we were away through much of this time. Roger, Mary Kay, Tom and Stephanie all did their part to ensure that the listing and sale process were handled efficiently and cheerfully; their low-key approach made it a pleasure to deal with them.
