We had decided to find a home in Florida through the internet. I met Norma over the phone. Norma went out of her way to accommodate my husband and I. Norma went to look at houses we were interested in and to our surprise she sent back videos. She took videos inside and out doors and around the street to show what type of neighborhood the house was located in. Her professionalism gave us the insight we needed beyond what was on paper. She kept us grounded and finally we got what we wanted. Norma is extremely good in keeping the paperwork in order and on schedule. She is incredibly responsive to all our questions and very flexible. She is not there to just make a sale she takes her job seriously and you will love her work ethics. Norma has been awesome in our house search. She was there for us when appraiser and Inspectors went to check the house out. She sent us back videos and feedback from all that was going on with the house. Buying a house via internet is not the best way, but with Norma it is a lot less nerve wracking; its like you are there with her! She is an experienced realtor with good customer service skills with profound and honest feedback on houses and neighborhoods. She has a knack of being comforting and gracious.
