He is extremely knowledgeable about the Sarasota market, both our homes sold within five days on the market. Steve makes, what can be a stressful process, manageable and pleasant. He is always available to discuss concerns and is honest with is responses and advice. When looking for a new home, he listens to what you want, showing you properties that fit your criteria, making the search process very productive and seamless. We had been house hunting for over a year with Nicole and never once did we get the sense she was impatient with us or that our search was unimportant to her. She helped us wade through the different options of homes and made sure we selected a house in the right neighborhood at the right value.
