My sister and I were selling the home of my mother's home of almost 30 years following her death in December. Well the above review headline tells most of the story. We did not know Alison before our experience with her on the house we purchased and the house that we sold. She had come very highly recommended and she was even better than advertised. Alison was extremely helpful in finalizing the purchase price we paid and the sale price that we received. She was extremely knowledgeable about the market values in both our new neighborhood and our old one. She was always very available for any questions we might have and returned calls or texts almost immediately. She is definitely there for her clients. It was obvious by the seemingly instantaneous replies we got to even the most mundane questions. I could write numerous anecdotes of the extra lengths to which Alison went to help us with both the purchase and sale, but they would get kind of boring. So, for brevities sake let me just finish by repeating myself when I say that Alison was fantastic in every aspect of the real estate agent's job.
