Davida was amazing from day one. Being a first time home buyer, my husband and I felt clueless on how to go about purchasing a home. She was so efficient and gave us excellent advice and recommendations during each step along the way. I really felt comfortable trusting her and her expertise during the whole process. She was so knowledgeable & professional, and she truly went above and beyond making sure everything was taken care of and done in a timely manner. We both bought and sold homes with Jen. I call her Super Realtor because she has a way of knowing the right action to take in a particular situation. After one conversation with us, she was able to zero in on what we needed in a home and showed us just the right place. She also guided us on exactly what we needed to do to sell our house and it sold in one day. Beyond those items, she does an amazing job of shepherding the sale all the way to closing. She is a problem solver who knows the nuisances of the Sarasota market. She makes sure that the deal goes through and that her clients are happy with the sale or with their new home.

We met Jen by accident via an open house. That property wasn't right for us but she took time to talk with us in detail about our needs and wants, then she scanned the local inventory, and selected one single house for us to inspect with her as buyers' agent. We bought it: it was just the right property for us. Subsequently some issues came up with the sellers (entirely unrelated to Jen) and she stuck with us through our negotiating that snag. Then she sold our previous house for us (a one-day listing had some luck as well as skill involved) but as listing agent in that transaction she was realistic as well as active in terms of setting a price and advising us on staging. Then she successfully sold other properties in the same condo development. So our contact with Jen has been on all sides of the transactions, and always a happy and an easy one.

Jen is very professional, knowledgeable and honest. Not something you always find in the real estate business, unfortunately. She helped our family sell two homes for me and my sisters. She was always there to answer questions, and always followed up with requests. Jen basically made the entire experience a pleasure. We got more for our homes than we thought we would, and even though there were a few bumps in the road, Jen was there to smooth the waters for us. I would recommend her to anyone! After interviewing a few realtors, Lou Salvatori was my top choice and I can say now, after the house has closed, it was a great decision. I listed my home and moved to another state, so Lou handled all the many details, often going above and beyond what I expected. He is knowledgeable, always professional, gave great advice but always let me make the final decision. The best part was that I could be 3000 miles away and felt assured that everything was handled beautifully. Can't say enough thanks for such great service!
