I normally don't write reviews for many people only for the fact that most people have no idea what service is or how to provide it.I am definitely old school & believe in the word service not just speaking the word but the meaning of the word & how to provide it's product "SERVICE" I was very skeptical of using Madeleine due to what I thought was a lack of experience however my wife & I were growing tired of our than agent's lack of interest & constant whining that the our property was over priced & we should be lowering the price so it would sell easier, well any property will sell if you keep lowering the price, we thought we were with a very experience, seasoned & hard working agent, not to be the case. So before our contract was even up we dissolved our partnership.We met with Madeleine who was our newest neighbor & like I said before I was very skeptical about her, we spoke with her many times & we were both very impressed with her drive, personality, professionalism & knowledge in her field, so after much discussion we decided to give her the opportunity. Let me tell everybody right now, USE THIS AGENT WOW!!!!!!! Madeleine took the bull by the horns & never looked backed we never had to lower the price. She was great in all aspects of the real estate game marketing, open houses, she did whatever it took, she always kept us up to date & informed on what was going on & our property with our price was sold in less than 2 weeks after she took over.
