Nicole Cossette is an awsome realtor. We came down from Massachusetts to buy a home. 15 houses on a list, 7 sold overnight before we even started to look. We were discouraged wondering if we would fine that right one. We started in the morning, by afternoon we were ready to give up. She was so kind and supportive, gave us a pep talk, and have 3 more to show us. Even know is was getting late, she refused to give up. We were looking in the Brandon, Riverview , and Bloomingdale areas. We came to the house we bought after 4 pm. This house was one of the 7 that sold, came back on the market the next day. The back yard stole my heart. She wanted to show us 1 more, came back to this one, and she sat in her car and put the offer in right away.
