We have tried to buy a house twice before this and it never worked out. But this time we found Sonya . Actually I knew from a couple years ago from the banking industry. But over the last 1-2 she has treated me as a customer never pressured me but would send sweet little gestures to remind me she was there when we were ready ( even delivering a fresh poinsettia to my front door at Christmas just because. ) she litteraly never made me feel like I was wasting her time even though I would say I need to see this now I know it’s the one and hate it as soon as I walked through the door! I was a pain in the butt !! In all seriousness if you want someone who truly cares not just about selling the house but who you are and what buying a home and becoming homeowners can mean for some people . My wife and I were relocating from Ohio due to my wife being transferred to Lakeland. It was a 3-4 month process as we had to also sell our home in Ohio. We reached out to Shelly in early April as she was referred to us by our mortgage company. She showed us several homes in early April, before we put our search on hold. We resumed our search in late May, with my wife in Florida while I was still in Ohio. Shelly and my wife walked through several homes while on the phone with me via calls and video. Nicole Cossette is an awsome realtor. We came down from Massachusetts to buy a home. 15 houses on a list, 7 sold overnight before we even started to look. We were discouraged wondering if we would fine that right one. We started in the morning, by afternoon we were ready to give up. She was so kind and supportive, gave us a pep talk, and have 3 more to show us. Even know is was getting late, she refused to give up. We were looking in the Brandon, Riverview , and Bloomingdale areas. We came to the house we bought after 4 pm. This house was one of the 7 that sold, came back on the market the next day. The back yard stole my heart. She wanted to show us 1 more, came back to this one, and she sat in her car and put the offer in right away. There were several others looking at it that day, but she fought hard for us, and got it. She also worked with our realtor in Massachusetts to make sure all closes happened the same day. She made sure the house was cleaned and ready for us when we got here, with a few surprises in side. I couldn't be more happier having her on our side. She put us first that day, and never gave up.
