Jessica is as sweet and funny as can possibly be. She’s adorable but knows her stuff! She had knowlege of homes and their construction, she knew Lot about appliances and home repairs as well as knew the area we were looking in and the schools. She was super communicative and kept in close contact with us on updates and just checking in to make sure we didn’t have any questions. I can’t say enough positive things about Jessica as our realtor.

Jessica was very understanding and very helpful and comforting to me. She is a one in a million. I would come back to her and Meredith. The whole time is amazing. Sometimes buying and selling a house at the same time is good but for me very stressful and hard for life changes. They all helped me with my new home for my boys and me.

Mr. La Luz helped make our dream of home ownership come true. He was extremely responsive, usually returning our calls or emails within a few hours. We gave him a budget, a list of "must haves" and a list of "deal breakers" and he stuck to those. He didn't waste our time by showing us houses we couldn't afford or houses that didn't meat our criteria. He was very knowledgeable about the different areas of the city he showed us, and helped us negotiate an attractive and fair offer when we found our home. Fred was extremely helpful from day one. As a first time home buyer, I was a little nervous and didn't know where to start, but he was able to break everything down into easy to understand steps. He was also very helpful in recommending people to help with the other parts of buying a home (mortgage company, lawyer, home inspector...). I never felt pressured into any home or person, yet I knew that if Fred was recommending them I could rely on them to do a good job.
