Mr. La Luz helped make our dream of home ownership come true. He was extremely responsive, usually returning our calls or emails within a few hours. We gave him a budget, a list of "must haves" and a list of "deal breakers" and he stuck to those. He didn't waste our time by showing us houses we couldn't afford or houses that didn't meat our criteria. He was very knowledgeable about the different areas of the city he showed us, and helped us negotiate an attractive and fair offer when we found our home.
