Patrick was a professional in every sense of the word. He helped us to prepare our existing house for sale and helped us manage the buyer panic that ensured, making sure we got the best price for the house. After this, he helped us find a new house, which involved multiple house tours (and rejected offers) over several weeks, finally culminating in the purchase of a perfect house for a reasonable price. He even pointed out a feature of the house (possibility of a walkup basement) which we had not initially noticed and which ended up being the key factor in our decision to purchase.
