I was extremely satisfied by the service provided by Christine Meade. She made the process of selling my house simple, easy, whilst mitigating the amount of stress. In addition, she is knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, humorous, with a wealth of experience. Whenever a problem arose, she was only a phone call away and she was always ready with the right answers. Selling your home is a big stressor, but Christine made it seem so easy and injected humor which was always welcomed. We developed not only a professional relationship, but also forged a friendship. Christine was very thorough in her work and was proactive in assisting me when it came to things such getting the house ready to go on the market, and making sure it was in accordance with the local homeowners association. No need to find a contractor, she brought in her own contractor that completed the work in record time, at an extremely reasonable price with impeccable work. When I was moving across the country, she noticed and resolved an issue with the HVAC system, without me having to worry about it at that time which I appreciated. Overall, the guidance, support, and service that she provided was phenomenal, and the sale of the house couldn’t have gone smoother without her. I would utilize her service again, without hesitation!

Sandy (and her daughter Ellie Kahn) provided outstanding services as my realtors. They thoroughly investigated the market and were well aware of the differing models/attributes in this neighborhood and surrounding neighborhoods. They gave me wonderful suggestions about staging the house for its best viewing, and they provided staging items to assist. They provided the name of a wonderful handyman to come and fix a few things. They hired Coldwell Banker's top-notch professional photographers to take photos for the home's online presence and for the brochure and postcard. Both women provided all the information I needed to understand the selling process, and they did it in such a calm, concise, and honest way. Sandy was instantly there for me when I had a question or concern. I truly appreciated the professionalism, honesty, knowledge, and integrity that Sandy and her daughter Ellie shared with me.
