I've lived in Washington, DC for 25 years. In 2003 I began to look into the prospect of purchasing a primary residence; the booming housing market led to a dramatic increase in rent in most neighborhoods. After consulting with Mr. Milanese, we determined that I would qualify for a mortgage that would allow me to maintain my monthly expense output and have housing security.<br/><br/>Mr. Milanese was very straightforward regarding expectations and led me in the right direction in searching for a condominium within my price range. When the opportunity to purchase presented itself he shepherded me through the entire process, taking the lead role in negotiating with the seller. I had to do very little "leg-work" and moved into my new condo 28 days after my contract was accepted.
