JP was awesome to work with. She’s super creative and comes up with unique ideas for getting your house seen and sold! Her creativity inspired a funny video showcasing my home in Midtown Harrisburg. It got a lot of engagement on social media and as a result - my home was sold within the first 48 hours of it being listed! She is very thorough and fun to work with. As first time home buyers, we talked to several agents before committing to one. Chris was the first agent who seemed straightforward, not pushy and didn't annoy me by bombarding me with calls and emails, so we decided to go with him. We felt that Chris thoroughly listened to what we wanted and found homes that met our criteria from the start of our search. He is responsive and very knowledgeable. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the area and business. She saved us money in the process, by processing an offer change late at night because of new information that was available. As a first time home-buyer, my wife and I felt pretty clueless and overwhelmed at the prospect of buying a house. Lisa was there every step of the way to walk us through everything, and actually made finding our first home a relatively simple and fun process. She drove us around a pretty huge search radius and took us to probably a dozen houses, talked us through various home features and defects that we knew little or nothing about, and was always just a text message, email, or phone call away.
