Zuby has been working with me over the last couple of years. She is the epitome of a consummate business professional and not just a real estate professional. I had stalled my search process for a period of time and Zuby was completely understanding and patient at the same time. Once I reinitiated the search process, I saw Zuby do her "magic"! She takes a lot of time to understand the client's requirements, likes/dislikes etc. and customizes her search accordingly. She is super prompt in her follow up and always has printed as well as virtual copies of every collateral needed during the search process. I have worked with other agents who either tend to take a very passive role or are super pushy. And the best part about Zuby is that she really takes on the role of the buyer's agent and negotiates on your behalf. Another one of Zuby's services is her vast network of contacts related to services needed at the time of buying a new property. You just need to mention a requirement and Zuby will have at least 2-3 service providers to help meet the requirement. I jokingly called these Zuby's concierge services! The overall experience has been simply fantastic and Zuby has come a friend and not just a rela estate agent in the process. Thank you for all your help, Zuby!

Christine is not just a smartest Real Estate Professional that I have known, she is one of the smartest people I have known. She partnered with us since April 2021 and understood our requirements as well as getting us listing that align with our needs. Her response rate is so immediate, (almost unbelievable how fast she responds) and her ability to connect with other agents and get inputs on properties very quickly. She helped us buy the house and sell our older house in Spring of 2022; and in that 1 year we have seen lot of houses and she has been with us for every visit and by our side!!! I admire her negotiating skills (very professional and direct). It was such a pleasure working with her and although I don't plan to be in the market ; I would love to continue the partnership with her. As far as recommending her: It's best to have Christine on your side!!

John Ross was absolutely fantastic! My partner and I are first time home buyers and were just starting to look in February. I tried another realtor first and she was awful (took forever to respond to emails, only wanted to show her properties) so I decided to read the reviews the next time I liked a property and see if the listing agent was someone that I'd like to work with. John had excellent reviews and from the get go he proved his great customer service by calling me within 20 minutes of my inquiry and being very honest about the property (it was on a busy street). We chatted and I had a really good feeling about him so he emailed me some homes and we started our home buying adventure in earnest with John and his trusty flashlight app! I think we viewed over 20, maybe over 25 homes in Wilmington, North Reading, Reading and finally Wakefield. John always was prompt in email responses and walked us through the bidding process several times. It's a very tough market for buyers out there with intense competition for homes. John never let us go crazy with the bidding and was always honest about issues he saw and what he thought was a fair price. When we finally found "the" home, John went above and beyond. He showed it to us numerous times, he helped us with contractors, and he recommended a great lawyer. He even came to the closing with us and is actually still giving us advice about painters and little things like oil companies. He lives in Wakefield and has a great knowledge of the area and what's what. If you're looking in this area, I really recommend John. I went through two realtors and trust me, you will not find this level of customer service- John is one of a kind!
